In a beauty salon, there are many considerations to address in the interior design, including mirrors, chairs, shampoo stations, and lockers for customers. The challenge lies in how to meet these essential requirements while also creating a beautifully refined design. Additionally, since the salon attracts a predominantly female clientele, it was important to maintain a sense of minimalism and structure while ensuring the space feels aesthetically pleasing to women. These were the two main challenges we faced.

To minimize outside visibility during haircuts, we installed curtains that incorporate soft colors to add an accent. By using transparent and delicate materials, we effectively blocked external views without creating a sense of oppression or enclosure.

The green product shelves on the left side of the entrance are all custom-made from steel. The reception table features genuine marble, adding a touch of elegance.

The concrete chairs provided for customers to wait are made with colorful terrazzo material, contributing a charming element to the space. The wall behind the reception and the lockers for customers’ belongings were all custom-produced, matching the green of the steel product shelves at the entrance to maintain design consistency.

The stylist’s cart, which is used during haircuts, was designed with a special shelf that allows it to be concealed when not in use. This proposal aims to keep the often cluttered beauty salon environment looking beautiful, even with a large number of tools.

Furthermore, we carefully considered various factors such as the placement of outlets and the flow of movement for both staff and customers, all while maintaining a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. This is the space we have created.

To ensure privacy from outside views, we cleverly used curtains as partitions.
Transparent materials were chosen to avoid a sense of enclosure.

Behind the shelf designed for storing carts, there is a shampoo station, and the back of the shelf is also designed for storing towels and other items. This design combines both storage and partitioning functions.

The restroom is designed to be even brighter, featuring a colorful palette of pink, green, and yellow.
